I've been involved in music my whole life, primarily as a trombonist, but also on euphonium and tuba, electric bass and percussion. My wide range of experience allows me to be comfortable in any situation whether as a performer, or in a support role in sound and recording venues. I don't know many people that can say they played bass in a rock band at a biker night the same week they played adjunct trombone with the London Symphony Orchestra! I auditioned for the Navy music program at seventeen on trombone and found myself running sound for an eighteen piece showband the following year in addition to my trombone duties. From there I performed and ran sound for various rock and big bands both on stage and FOH. My primary experience as a trombonist is commercial to include off Broadway shows, big bands, salsa, rock, quintet, jazz, and everything in between.
